What if I am not pleased with my order?
Paper Style guarantees every product it sells, 100%. If you are not pleased, we will gladly provide a replacement, offer a refund or exchange.
When ordering invitation, how many extra invitations should I order?
From years of experience... For weddings, we recommend 20 to 30 extra invitations. For everyday invitations or announcements, we recommend 10 to 20 extra invitations or announcements.
What if I need more invitations?
When more invitations are needed, it is just like starting over. Although your information is in our database, new press film must be developed as well as new press set-ups. We treat these instances with care and will work with you on a reduced cost.

What if I do not want to order online? May I order by phone?
You are welcome to phone our toll free line at 888.670.5300 and select Option 4 for Customer Service. Our lines are open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern Time).
When ordering a sample card for $2.50, what will I actually receive?
A sample card sent in the mail is intended to show you the quality of our paper and if printed with sample wording, the quality of our printing. Your invitation wording
will not be on the sample! Allow 2-3 days for sample requests to be filled and then US Mail time from Atlanta, GA.
What if I want to cancel a printed order after I have received a proof, but before it is printed?
If printing has not begun, an order may be cancelled and all money refunded except $ 10.
What National Holidays does your office observe?
Paper Style's Customer Service and Shipping Desk are closed New Year's Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, online orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
How quickly can I receive an order?

Overnight Orders will be delivered the following business day after clearing our shipping desk.
2 Day Air Orders will be delivered on the 2nd business day after clearing our shipping desk.
3 Day Orders will be delivered on the 3rd business day after clearing our shipping desk.
Ground Orders will be delivered within 1-5 days after clearing our shipping deak, dependent upon how far the order must travel from Paper Style in Atlanta or one of our 3rd Parties.

When will I be charged?
Your credit card or PayPal Account will be charged as soon as you place your order. We ship orders typically within 1 - 3 business days.
How do I know what my Credit Card ID (CSC) number is?
The card id (CSC number) for
Visa, MasterCard and Discover may be found on the backside of your card, typically founded in the signature line. The card ID is the last 3 numbers.
The card id number (CSC number) for
American Express may be found on the front side of your card above the last 4 digits of your credit card number. It is a 4 digit code.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
The law requires that Paper Style collect 7% State Sales Tax on all orders which are being shipped within the State of Georgia where we are incorporated. All other states are exempt.
